We have had our cars serviced at ECA for many years. The owner, Ken always calls after the service inspection to discuss repair needs and cost. His knowledge and service is excellent and the repairs are done on time. He is a straight-up honest technician. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I brought my car in to ECA for a repair of work that had been previously done incorrectly at another shop in CA. Ken looked over my car and found the problem with the other shop’s repairs, and also caught that they had installed my brake pads incorrectly as well! He also noticed that my tires were cracked, and they weren’t even part of the reason I brought the car in. The fact that he took the time to go over the whole car carefully was really nice.
Ken and Cheryl worked with me to interface with the other shop (who was ultimately responsible for the repair cost) and took pictures to send, etc. They were both very helpful and I felt comfortable and like I was in good hands. Ken also took the time to explain things to me and didn’t talk down to me as sometimes happens at my dealership.
I will be definitely going back there the next time my car needs work.

ECA has continued to do good work for me over the years. I actually specifically just bought another European car to be able to maintain Ken as my mechanic.
My Volvo was in serious need of a little TLC. Ken ( the owner ) personally showed me what was wrong and then gave me an estimate of what it would cost to take care of it. Small shop but very nice. I will be back.
I called the week before and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. They drove me to my office from the shop. My car hadn’t been performing up to par and I asked them to look into it. They called back and told me exactly what maintenance could (and should) be done and I agreed. My Porsche is now performing great!
European Auto has taken care of my wife’s Mercedes and my Audi for several years. Ken runs a great business and has always made sure that the right thing is done when it comes to repairs. Most recently Ken totally rebuilt my drive system in my wife’s Mercedes. He is a perfectionist and makes sure that the job was done right. It wasn’t cheap, but I didn’t expect it to be since it was a very complex job due to damage from a collision. I’ve driven for many miles with no problems. He has also taken care of routine maintenance issues on both of my cars and has been reasonable and competent at all times.
